We are a Residential & Commercial contractor that takes care of the building process from start to finish. Even if it's just a minor repair, adding/replacing a structure or a total renovation on any work or living space. We can do it all! My team enjoys building anything from spaces to entertain guest or places to work quietly & efficiently. All construction is permitted by the city and done by licensed professionals. We provide the best quality and stand by our work. We enjoy learning more everyday to continue to better our craftsmanship.
Our Process
It's simple,
Visualize and Attack!
First step on any build is to walk through with the customer to see what they want to accomplish. We Design a plan that fits the customers hopes and dreams. Once approved by the customer, we provide a detailed estimate. After customers approve the estimate, we will submit permits and schedule materials to be dropped off on the agreed upon start date. After project is completed on time, there will be a final walk through to make sure the customer is happy and all the final touches are complete.
Preconstruction Design
First step on any build is to walk through with the customer to see what they want to accomplish. We Design a plan that fits the customers hopes and dreams.
Design & Construction Estimate
We take your wants and needs and provide a detail drawing and material list for an accurate estimate. Making sure the customer knows exactly what they are paying for and why.
On-Site Consultations
As the build goes on we understand that there may be change orders and after seeing the space in person for the first time. The customer may want to customize their design on the fly. We will always tell the customer our honest opinion with the timing and pricing of these change orders.

Our Quality Guarantee
At McCormick Service Professionals we stand by our work. If there is ever a defective material or some damage cause by the harsh environment we live in, such as wrapped lumber or even just a loose screw. You can count on us to make it right. Now this will be good for a one time use within a year of the completion date. Even if the customer sees nothing wrong within that first year, still call us and we will do a walk through just to make sure there will be no issues that may arise in the near future.
